Following a successful viewing, we make detailed tenant credit and employment checks to ensure you will receive your payment on time. We take 6 weeks’ rent as a deposit. This is kept secure under the Deposit Protection Scheme.

Once we have a tenant in your property, if you choose a full management service, we can take care of everything. Our inventories and regular home inspections ensure that your house or flat is taken care of. During the tenancy, we can arrange any repairs and can liaise with utility companies when tenants change hands, if necessary. We perform an exit inspection and can arrange a full clean of your property so that it's ready for the next tenant. A Better Let has long-term affordable fees for landlords (8%, no VAT), while retaining a high level of customer service.
