Our support does not stop once you have moved in

Once you have moved in we can assist with any paperwork you may need to arrange, such as householder contents insurance.

Although all of our properties are inspected and let out in an excellent condition initially, we are on hand to arrange any repairs that may occur throughout your tenancy.

As a tenant, what do I need to provide?

• Last 3 months’ payslips, a recent P60 or proof of income (such as tax credits, LHA)
• Proof of identification
• A deposit of the equivalent of 6 weeks’ rent and a month’s rent in advance (we accept credit cards)
• Payments must be cleared before a tenant receives keys to a property
